Flutique was formed in 2009 to create a unique and specialised musical service for occasions such as weddings, christenings and social gatherings through to professional concerts and corporate events.
Flutique is a vibrant duo based in Leicestershire. The flautists are both classically trained, graduating with honours from The Royal Northern College of Music and The Leicestershire School of Music. Both Dana and Ana-Maria have a wealth of performing experience between them, including the London Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, the London Philharmonic Orchestra desk partnership scheme, the Young Artists Scheme at Blackheath Halls and performing with James Galway! They have toured Italy, Germany and Austria and look forward to concert dates in the Netherlands. Recitals include the Universities of Leicester and Nottingham, the British Music Information Centre and the Leeds School of Contemporary Dance.
Flutique also have a 2nd duo who are trained equivalent to the above, this is in case for any reason Dana or Ana-Maria are unable to perform.
